Shipping policy

1. Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within [5 business days] of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 AM Vancouver Time (PST) on business days, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • We do not process orders on [list holidays, e.g., New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas].

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We offer the following shipping options to customers worldwide:
  • Standard Shipping: Transit time: 7-15 days for most international destinations.
Note: Transit times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free for orders over 100CAD.
  • For orders under 100 CAD, shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the weight and destination of the package at checkout.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.
  • Sales tax is not included and must be paid by the customer.
  • Depending on stock availability, your package may be shipped from our warehouses in Canada or Asia.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

6. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@deconeko.art . We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and either reship your order or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
